Workflow with platform (alerts, tickets, Services)

Alerts

To create an alarm, follow the steps in this article:

To activate alert notifications and assign them to an authorized person, follow the steps in this article:

You can either receive an alert by e-mail or navigate to the Alerts tab within the platform.

Here you can see the individual alerts.

Click on alarm in monetoring anzeigento display the alert in Monitoring.

Check the measured values.

Create a ticket if an error is detected based on the measured values.


Tickets

To assign a ticket to a member, follow the steps in this article:

To create a ticket for the alarm, click on  ticket bestätigen knopf otherwise you can confirm the alarm with weg bestätigen knopf.

Navigate to the Tickets tab.

Here, the individual members can see the tickets that have been assigned to them under User.

The individual tasks can now be processed within the ticket. 

When the ticket is finished, the status can be set to Closed and then saved.


Services

To create an Service, follow the steps in the following article:

If one or more tickets require an assignment, you can add the ticket to a new or existing assignment within the ticket under Services.

Click on the desired Services and all assigned tickets will be displayed.
