Company Admin: Members


Step-by-step instructions

Step 1: Call up company Admin

  1. Click on your company name in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select Company admin from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Manage members

  1. In the Members section, you can view and manage the users of your company who have already been invited or joined.
  2. The following information and functions are available to you:
    • Name of the user or their e-mail address, if the user has not yet registered with the Amperecloud Platform.
    • Information about the user roles. More information on the different roles within the Amperecloud Platform can be found here.
    • Users who have been invited but have not yet accepted the invitation are marked as “Pending invitation”.
  3. Hover over a user to access the following options:
    • Appoint as administrator or convert to regular user.
    • Remove the user from your company
    • Change user roles
    • Edit user notes

Step 3: Add new members

  1. Scroll down to add new members.
  2. Enter the e-mail address of the new user.
  3. Optionally, you can assign the user administrator rights in your company. You can find more information about this here.

Problem solutions

Common problems and solutions

  • Problem: The e-mail invitation does not reach the new user.

    Solution: Check whether the e-mail address has been entered correctly and ask the user to check their spam folder.

  • Problem: Changes to user roles are not saved.

    Solution: Make sure you have the appropriate permissions to make role changes and try again.
