Overview of relevant information & documents for the implementation of telecontrol technology


For the successful installation of telecontrol technology, both the customer and Amperecloud must provide information and documents to the other party. For a smooth project flow including a clear work order, all information and agreements should always be provided in writing or confirmed in writing after verbal agreement..


To be provided by the customer, grid operator or third-party provider of telecontrol systems

The following information is required:

  • Unique identification of the system (please note that some customers and network operators have different names and address details)
  • Contact details of the responsible grid operator, in particular the contact person there
  • Contact details of any third-party provider for a telecontrol system
  • Contact details of other contact persons and shareholders
