Account creation and activation


Before you can use your account for the first time or accept invitations from companies in Amperecloud Platform, you must click on the link in your individual invitation email.


As a new customer, you will receive this invitation email either from your Amperecloud Account Executive or, as an employee of an Amperecloud customer, from your company's administrator.

After clicking on the activation link, you can then enter your personal data and create a password. Please note that your password should contain at least eight characters and consist of lower and upper case letters as well as numbers and special characters.
