Why are grayed-out menu items not available?

  • Contact: Get in touch with your responsible Customer Success Manager.

  • Email: Send an email to cs@ampere.cloud to activate additional functions or make specific requests.


Step 4: Customize your package functions

  • Customization: Your Customer Success Manager will help you unlock additional features according to your needs.

  • Advice: Get advice on the best options and customized solutions for your requirements.


Step 5: Using the advanced functions

  • Activation: After activation, you can use all advanced functions and services on Amperecloud Platform.
