      Where can I find my contract number for direct marketing

      Your contract number for direct marketing is an important reference that you can find in two main documents:

      1. Direct marketing contract:

        • Your contract number is noted in the signed direct marketing contract.
        • Usually look on the first page or in the header of the contract.

      2. Monthly billing:

        • The contract number is also shown on each of your monthly statements.
        • These statements are sent to you by e-mail and usually contain your contract number at the top of the document.
