Once your company's administrator has defined the forms for the master data system, you can view and edit the master data of your assigned assets as a user with the appropriate access rights.

Step 1: Call up master data
- Navigate to “Master data” via the left-hand menu or the start page. Then select the system whose master data you want to edit or view.
Step 2: Switch between tabs
- At the top of the page you will see a list of the tabs you have created. These tabs represent different forms within the master data system. Click on a tab to display the corresponding form.
Step 3: Edit data
- You can view and edit the data for the selected tab in the area displayed.
Step 4: Save changes
- Click on “Save” to save your changes in the Amperecloud Platform. Please note that the saving process may take some time for larger attached files.
