Set up Solarlog FTP export

Preparation

Checking the FTP export license

  1. Navigate to "System" in the Solarlog menu.
  2. Go to the "Licenses" tab.
  3. Check whether the FTP export license is stored.
    • If the license is missing, purchase it from Solarlog.
    • Synchronize the Solarlog with the license server if necessary.

If the "Export" tab is not available, make sure that the FTP export license has been purchased and activated.


Step 1: Activate FTP export

  1. Navigate to "Export" in the Solarlog menu:

  2. Activate the export.


Step 2: Configure FTP settings

  1. Open the FTP settings:

  2. Enter the following details:

    • Server: Take the server address from the FTP data in Amperecloud Platform.
    • User name: Use the user name specified in Amperecloud Platform.
    • Password: Enter the password specified in Amperecloud Platform.
    • Directory: Enter "/" (without quotation marks).
  3. Further settings:

    • Data format: Select "CSV + Solarlog".
    • CSV version: Set to "0.1".
    • Encryption: Deactivate the encryption.

Step 3: Save settings

  1. Click on "Save":

Step 4: Perform export test

  1. Go to "Status & Test".

  2. Start an "Export test":

    • Check whether the data is exported successfully.
