Order placement & start of work

Information on this page may change from time to time. If in doubt, please clarify the placement of an order directly with your Customer Success representative.


Work on a telecontrol project can only begin after the contract has been signed. This usually goes hand in hand with ordering an Amperecloud Log including an LTE router. If you need to clarify whether and how telecontrol technology will be implemented for you before the contract is signed, we generally still require the same information and documents as for a completed order, as this is the only way we can gain the final findings for a potential implementation.
