Accessing views
- Step 1: Navigate to your views in the Monitoring area by clicking on "Views".
Overview and navigation
- Show views: In the overview, you will see a list of your current views.
- Navigate: Click on a view to open it and monitor the data it contains.
- Create folder: Use "Create folder" to create folder structures that organize your views.
- Create view: Use "Create view" to create a new view.
Folder structures
- Create: You can create as many folders as you like and rename them as required.
- Use: Use folders to organize system parts, employee access or specific tasks, for example.
Manage views
- Edit: Hold the mouse over a view or folder to make the gear icon visible.
- Options: You can edit, move, rename or delete the view or folder using the gear icon.
Manage devices in views
- Add device: Click on "Add device" to add new devices to the view.
- Remove device: Remove devices that have already been added using the same dialog.
- Filter: You can search and filter by systems and device types.
- Available vs. Selected: "Available" lists devices that are not yet in use in the current view. "Selected" shows devices that are already in use in the view.
- Close: Save your changes by clicking on "CLOSE" .
Charting values and saving the view
- Charting values: Click on the charting icons next to a value to display it at the top of a chart.
- Save view: Save the view by clicking on the floppy disk symbol.
- Temporary changes: Changes are temporary until they are saved using the diskette icon.
- Warning: If you leave the view, change the area or close the browser without saving, all changes will be discarded.
Reset Chart
Click on the "Reset Chart" button to clear all selections and resets the entire graphs.
Custom Timeframe
Click on the “Custom Timeframe” icon.
Enter the desired period and then click on save.
Three dot menu
Within the three dot menu you can:
- Refresh the page
- Activate refresh every minute
- Activate Normalize Values
- Reset the view
- Select the desired interval
Chart settings
Click on the gear icon to open the chart settings.
- In the upper area, you can switch between bar and line charts.
- Under Line width, you can set the desired width of the diagram lines.
- Under Diagram height, you can adjust the view of the diagram to the desired height.
- Activate the Show data gaps option to see data gaps in the diagram.
- Activate Show background grid to display lines and grids in the background of the diagram.
- Click on Generate new color to display the diagrams in a different color.
