How do I get access to Amperecloud Platform?

Access to the Amperecloud Platform will be provided to you by email. These instructions will help you to successfully activate your account and log in for the first time.


Step-by-step instructions

Step 1: Check your e-mail inbox

  1. Check your e-mail inbox:
    • You will receive an email from Amperecloud with an activation link.
    • Also check your spam folder if you cannot find the email in your inbox.

It is important to check the spam folder, as invitation emails can sometimes be mistakenly marked as spam.


Step 2: Activate account

  1. Open the invitation email:
    • Locate the email with the subject "Amperecloud account activation".
    • Click on the activation link provided in the email.
  1. Enter your personal data:
    • After clicking on the activation link, you will be asked to enter your personal details.
  2. Create a password:
    • Your password must contain at least eight characters.
    • It should contain a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters.

 

A weak password increases the risk of security incidents. Always use a strong and secure password.

 


Step 3: Complete registration

  1. After entering all the data, click on "Create" or "Confirm".
  2. You will now be redirected to the Amperecloud Platform login page.
  3. Log in with your e-mail and your new password.
