How do I create new labels for tickets?


Labels are an effective way to organize tickets and quickly identify relevant information. In Amperecloud Platform, administrators can create and manage new labels. This guide explains the steps required to create new labels.


Steps for creating new labels

1. Navigate to the "Company settings" area

  1. Log in to the Amperecloud Platform.

  2. Click on the company name in the top menu to access the company settings.

2. Select "Ticket Labels

  1. Select "Ticket Labels" in the new menu on the left. Here you will see a list of existing official and custom labels.

3. Create a new label

  1. Click on the "New label" button at the bottom right of the screen to define a new label.
