Checking the status of your direct marketing (DVM)

1. Confirmation by the grid operator

  • The start of direct marketing (DVM) is officially signaled by a confirmation from the grid operator. This confirmation indicates that your system has been activated for direct marketing and that the necessary processes have been initiated.

2. Transmission of billing data

  • After confirmation by the grid operator, the distribution system operator (DSO) initiates the transmission of the billing data to the metering point operator (MSO). The MSB then provides the necessary billing data required for the billing of direct marketing.

3. Monthly billing

  • Your direct marketing is billed at the end of the month. This billing takes place for the previous month, provided that the metering point operator has transmitted the necessary data. You will receive the statement by e-mail.
