You can import measured values into our system with these step-by-step instructions:
1. Open Data Import
Navigate to “Data Import” within the platform..
2. Select data points
Select the desired measured values that you want to import (e.g. “Energy” and “Active power”).
3. Download template
Click on “Download” to create a template.
4. Fill out template
- Open the downloaded template.
- Enter the relevant times in the “Timestamp” column.
- Enter the corresponding values in the corresponding columns.
Note: In order for the data to be displayed correctly, all required information must be entered.
5. Select device
Select the device for which the data is to be uploaded.
6. Upload file
Upload the completed file.
7. Check measured values
After the upload, the measured values should be visible in the system.
Please note: A warning message appears in the tool that all measured values that already exist between the time stamps entered for the selected device will be deleted.
For example, if the uploaded file contains data from January to December, but the device already had values for September in the platform, the values for September will be deleted and overwritten by the values from the file. If September is missing in the table, the month will still be deleted.
It is therefore important that the uploaded table only covers the period from which the system is stored in the platform. Please avoid uploading data for periods that already
exist in the platform, as this can lead to data loss.
