Appointments
For matters that cannot be clarified in writing or via a brief telephone call (<< 10 min), appointments must always be arranged in good time. This includes, in particular, consultations, support for technician assignments, bit tests and commissioning. We ask for your understanding that an appointment is only deemed to have been agreed once Amperecloud has confirmed it in writing, including the date and time; the mere submission of a request or a verbal agreement is not sufficient.
