      Step-by-step instructions

      Step 1: Open the login page

      1. Open the Amperecloud Platform login page.

      Save the link to the login page in your bookmarks for quick access.

       

      Step 2: Request a password reset

      1. Click on "Forgot password":
        • You will find this option below the login fields.
      2. Enter your e-mail address:
        • Enter the email address associated with your Amperecloud account.
        • Click on "Reset password".

      Step 3: Open the password reset e-mail

      1. Check your e-mail inbox:
        • You will receive an email with the subject "Reset password for Amperecloud Platform".
        • Also check your spam folder if the email is not in your inbox.

      If you cannot find the email, check that you have entered your email address correctly or request the reset again.

      Step 4: Reset password

      1. Open the email and click on the password reset link.
        • The link will redirect you to the password reset page.
      2. Enter your new password:
        • Your password must be at least eight characters long.
        • It should contain a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters.
        • Confirm the password by entering it again and click on "Reset password".

      A weak password increases the risk of security incidents. Always use a strong and secure password.

      Step 5: Complete registration

      1. Go back to the login page.
      2. Log in with your e-mail address and your new password.

      • Question: What can I do if I have not received the password reset e-mail?
        Answer: Check your spam folder. Make sure that the e-mail address has been entered correctly and request the reset again if necessary.

      • Question: Can I change my password without the reset e-mail?
        Answer: No, for security reasons you need the reset e-mail to change the password.
