Customer data

Raw data: All raw data that customers upload to the Amperecloud Platform or that is generated in connection with the use of their systems (such as measured values, load profile data, device information) belongs to the customers.
- Example: Data generated by your customers' systems, such as power generation or consumption data.

Data export: Customers have the right to export their raw data at any time and use it externally. This data can be downloaded using the Data Export function.
Amperecloud data

Processed data: Data processed or generated by Amperecloud algorithms or analytics tools belongs to Amperecloud.

Access to customer data
- Direct access: Customers have direct access to their raw data at any time via the Amperecloud Platform. They can view, analyze and export this data.
