Router included with the Amperecloud Log


For the Amperecloud Log, a Teltonika RUT241 router is usually included.

Detailed information about the device can be found on the product page open_in_new_24dp_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz24 or in the device manualopen_in_new_24dp_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz24 in the manufacturer Teltonika’s wiki. Please note that Amperecloud does not provide technical support for the device. The customer is responsible for any intervention or damage to the device caused by improper use.

Warning!
The router has a limited monthly data volume.

Exceeding the data volume will result in a loss of connection. In addition, we will have to charge you for any costs incurred for increased data usage.

Tip:
When connecting, make sure your end device only establishes connections necessary for setup. Set the network as a metered connection. This option is available on Windows, Android, and iOS, among others. Also, disable all other communication and update services, and avoid browsing the internet.
