      Setting up FTP push - Sungrow Com 100

      Configuring the FTP push function

      1. In the menu structure, navigate to System > Transfer Configuration.

      2. Click on Third-party Portal and activate the FTP/SFTP function. Then click on the gear icon for Advanced Settings.

      3. Enter the following information in the pop-up window under Advanced Settings:

        • Domain: ftp-datalogger.ampere.cloud
        • Protocol type: FTP
        • Peer Port: 21
        • Username: as provided by AmpereCloud
        • Password: as provided by AmpereCloud
        • FTP path: no customization necessary
        • Sampling cycle: 15 (if possible)
        • Transfer cycle: 15 (if possible)

      4. Confirm the settings by clicking on Save.
