FTP forwarding of the Amperecloud data loggers
Guide: Setting Up FTP Forwarding
FTP forwarding allows you to securely transfer data from data loggers in the Amperecloud Platform to an FTP server.
Step 1: Log in to Amperecloud Platform
Open your web browser and log in to the Amperecloud Platform..
Step 2: Navigate to "Amperecloud Log"
Navigate to "Amperecloud Log" or a similar option in the main menu and click on it.
Step 3: Configure FTP Forwarding

In the "Amperecloud Log" interface, look for the option to configure FTP forwarding or a related submenu.

Enter the following information to set up the FTP connection:
- FTP Server Address: The address of your FTP server where the data will be transferred.
- Username: Your username for the FTP server.
- Password: The password for your FTP user.
- Port: If the FTP server uses a different port, enter it here (default is port 21).
Step 4: Save the Configuration
- Verify the entered information for accuracy.
- Click on "Save" or a similar option to activate the FTP forwarding.
