1. Ensure Network Connectivity
- The Huawei SmartLogger and the Amperecloud LOG must be on the same local network.
- Make sure both devices are in the same subnet.
Example:
-
Smartlogger:
192.168.0.100
-
LOG:
192.168.0.101
2. Add Inverter to the Digital Twin
-
Edit the digital twin in the Amperecloud Platform.
For more information, refer to the following article:Adding devices in the digital twin (for FTP push and other connections)
-
Enter the IP address of the Huawei SmartLogger for the respective inverters.
-
The slave ID of each inverter corresponds to the logical address configured in the SmartLogger.
3. Check Modbus TCP Settings on the Huawei SmartLogger
-
Ensure that Modbus TCP is enabled.
Important: The address of the Huawei SmartLogger must not be the same as any of the inverter slave IDs.
4. Configure Active Power Reduction
-
To enable remote control of active power via Amperecloud, the setting "Remote Communication Scheduling" must be activated on the SmartLogger.
