Payment Reminders and Notices for Overdue Invoices

We have implemented a structured, multi-step payment reminder process. This process is designed to minimize payment delays and create clear procedures for all parties involved.

If the payment due date for at least one invoice has been exceeded, you will automatically receive a payment reminder, and further actions will be triggered according to our process.


Steps of the Payment Reminder Process

  • Payment Reminder (1 day overdue):

    • A payment reminder is sent via email.

    • A visible notice (banner) appears in your account on the Amperecloud Platform.

  • Payment Reminder (20 days overdue):

    • A second payment reminder is sent.

    • A stop on orders becomes effective.

  • Payment Reminder (31 days overdue):

    • A third payment reminder is sent.

    • Support services are suspended.

    • Access to the Amperecloud Platform is blocked.

    • The case is handed over to a collection agency.

By implementing this process, we ensure that payment requests are communicated timely and transparently. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask you to make your payments on time.
