Guide: Setting Up FTP Forwarding
FTP forwarding allows you to securely transfer data from data loggers in Amperecloud Platform to an FTP server.
Step 1: Log in to Amperecloud Platform
Open your web browser and log in to Amperecloud Platform.
Step 2: Navigate to "FTP Data Loggers"
- Go to the FTP Data Loggers tab.
Step 3: Configure FTP Forwarding

Here you will see an overview of the data loggers.

Click on the desired data logger.
- Check the box “Enable FTP Forwarding” under the “Edit FTP Data Logger” section.

Enter the following information to set up the FTP connection:

FTP Server Address: The address of your FTP server where the data should be transferred.

Username: Your FTP server username.

Password: The password for your FTP user.

Port: If the FTP server uses a different port, enter it here (default is 21).

Step 4: Save the Configuration

Verify that the information entered is correct.

Click “Add Server” to activate FTP forwarding.
