If you have not yet created a system, you can find a guide here: Creating a Facility
If you have not yet added data loggers in the Digital Twin, you can find a guide here: Adding Information to the Digital Twin

If the data logger type is not listed, temporarily set it to “Unknown” and contact your point of contact so it can be implemented.

2. Validation of Data Transmission
The following describes how to ensure that the data logger uploads data that can be read by the Platform.

Open the “Data Studio” tab. The Data Studio helps to build the Digital Twin of the system from the data traces.
-
Select plant:
→ Use the dropdown menu at the top to select the relevant plant.

-
View raw data:
→ All available raw data streams from the data logger will be listed.
If this is the case, the data transmission is validated.
Extended Information on SFTP Integration
When integrating a third-party logger, the Amperecloud Platform also supports SFTP to enable secure data transfer. Here are the necessary settings:
-
Server:
sftp-datalogger.ampere.cloud
-
Port: 22
When configuring a Meteocontrol Blue'log, the username must be added to the path during the SFTP push:
-
Path:
/home/username-of-the-FTP-datalogger
After the directory /home/
, add the respective username of the FTP data logger from the Platform (without brackets or spaces).
The access data such as username and password remain the same as for the FTP configuration.
- The FTP Push enables the third-party logger to automatically upload data to the specified FTP server, from where it can be processed in the Amperecloud Platform.
- Please note that certain functions of the Amperecloud Platform may only be fully compatible with the Amperecloud Log. For advanced functions such as direct marketing and reactive power control, the corresponding settings must be configured directly on the third-party logger.
