Step-by-step guide to changing the direct marketer in the digital twin
Step 1: Access to the digital twin
-
Open the Amperecloud Platform and log in with your administrator access data.
-
Navigate to the digital twin of your system in which direct marketing is to be configured.
Step 2: Activating/deactivating direct marketing
-
Search for the direct marketing setting option in the digital twin.
-
Select the desired direct marketer from the list of available providers. We have a direct interface to the following providers: Next Kraftwerke, ANE, Qcells, Lumenaza or Interconnector.
-
Activate or deactivate direct marketing as required by selecting the relevant provider.
Step 3: Forwarding the required information to the direct marketer
-
Once you have selected the direct marketer, you must forward the displayed bus address to the contact at the direct marketer.
-
This bus address enables the direct marketer to gain access to your system and carry out the FSB test (remote controllability test) independently.
Notes and contacts
For Interconnector as a direct marketer, you need to contact Amperecloud support to activate the DV interface. Send an email to direktvermarktung@amperecloud.com for further support.
